Terms of use.
Information about using the Peptine Labs website and research catalog.
Store status
Products, available sizes and prices are shown in the catalog. Adding an item to your cart does not create an order; an order is created only through the hosted checkout after you review and submit the required payment and delivery information.
Intended audience and use
The catalog is for laboratory research use only. Materials are not offered for human consumption or for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic or veterinary use.
Order completion
Product availability, shipping eligibility and the final total are confirmed during the hosted checkout. A purchase is complete only when the checkout provider accepts the order and payment.
Material specifications and records
Review the compound name, form, quantity per vial, current documentation status and any disclosed specification gaps before ordering. Scientific references and representative images are not batch certificates and do not establish the identity, purity or composition of a supplied lot.
Purchaser responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that an order, possession, import, storage and laboratory use are lawful and appropriate for the purchaser’s organization and destination. Country selection and checkout availability do not replace the purchaser’s regulatory review.
Prohibited use and order refusal
Products may not be purchased or used for human consumption or for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic or veterinary purposes. We may refuse or cancel an order when required by law, when destination or payment checks fail, or when information indicates a prohibited use. A cancelled paid order will be refunded in accordance with the shipping and returns policy and applicable law.
Availability and corrections
Catalog availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. If a material, specification, price or destination option is displayed incorrectly, we will explain the issue before fulfillment and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. The shipping and returns policy explains delivery, cancellation, return and refund procedures for supported destinations.
